Branches of subdivision of navigation is?

My X6 xDrive 50i navigation is not working right? :(?

it doesnt complete the directions and all the roads......Is it because its a newer subdivision and not everything is recognized yet? Its just frustrating because im just learning to drive and with it so i would like it to work right......the manual didn't help either and i set it up right! :( Everyone in my family tried to figure it out and still nothing! Plus i dont want to screw it up or anything Any ideas what to do or should i have my daddy take it to the dealership and have them help?

Well on the Cayenne our GPS won't recgonize our address either... its too new a road to recgonize... so we went in and they said for an updates GPS disk it would be $400... so you could go back to the BMW dealer and see if you can get a new updated disk...
