How to delete hotmail account on Blackberry?

Hi I just sold my blackberry and I have noticed that i forgot to delete my Hotmail account. I have changed the password and there is still somebody accessing my account. Is there any way to disconnect a Hotmail account from a blackberry without actually having the phone with you.

Yes you can. You need to go to blackberry's website for your carrier, you can login and manage your blackberry email accounts there. The place you go depends on the carrier. For example if you have verizon it's vzw.blackberry.com
