How can i send a animated graphic picture to a cell phone?

Can i send a picture from my labtop to a cell phone?

  • i have tex em .com so i can send tex messages to peoples cell phone . which is pretty cool but i cant send pics .im looking for the easyest way to send a pic. to a cell phone! i hope i dont need to goto another tex .com site! bc everybody has my tex em.com address n ive tried already w/ another tex site n it was all confusing. so if u know another way or a easy tex site to send pics would be great! i wish i could give 50 points 2 u for the best answer!!!

    Do you still have a plug for your phone that plugs in to you pc if so connect got to my pictures or where ever the pic is then copy the pic now go to my computer and click your phone and click some folders until you get to all your pics and paste and wollla its on your phone if you have no connector take a pic of you screen from your phones canera
