Is there a way to improve quality and sound in a MP3?

so, I have a bunch of songs that are 192, but, everybody now is all about 320 and absolutly HQ sound and I wanted to know if there's a program for doing this, I can pay a program, so please, tell the best one thanks!!!

No, there isn't. Mp3 works by getting rid of sounds that most of us can't hear anyway. the larger the compression - the more sound information is "lost" (so a wav file being compressed to 70 kbs or under unrecognizablegnizeble) Not sure what you meant by "everybody now is all about 320 and absolutly HQ "....
