Is anyone having problems with the new iPod Nano?

IPod Nano 5th Generation Display Problem. HELP!?

• Yesterday I was installing my ZAGG skin for my IPod Nano 5th Generation and accidentally got water on the IPod. (The application solution) I don't feel like going into detail but some problems arrised and I was able to fix it but the only problem is my battery is not displaying. It is fully charged when it is plugged in but when I unplug it it is empty. Everything else is fine now. How do I fix it so it displays again? I have tried restoring the IPod, Resetting the IPod using the hold menu method, Re installing Itunes, Re installing software for the IPod, and going as far to use the Recover My IPod software. http://www.recovermyipod.com/ipod-recovery-software.php But nothing worked. I even contacted Apple Store Online and by phone and there making me go to the Genius Bar to get it fixed and the closest Apple Store is 100 miles away. So if anyone knows how to fix it let me know.   I'm sorry if I don't feel like much help, but you could go to ifixit.com and order new parts for the battery. Then, you could read their online instructions of how to fix it. The website ships to your house with the given supplies needed.
