How do I move pictures from iPod touch to my computer?

  • I have a second generation 8 GB iPod Touch that syncs with my mom's computer. Is there any possible way to move pictures from my iPod to my computer? If there isn't, is there a way to move the pictures to my mom's computer? The pictures are not on my mom's computer and are just backgrounds or pictures from Google or other apps. My mom's computer is a Mac and mine is a PC.
