How to recover my iTunes Library?

I recently lost my iPhone due to water damage (yes, the worst feeling IN THE WORLD), however, I cannot live without music! I have an iPod nano 3G and I want to transfer some music to that. I plugged it in to start adding music to it but instead of iTunes coming up, I got a little box that asked if I wanted to create a new iTunes Library or to "Choose Existing." I chose a library from several months back. Turns out it did not have many of the new songs that I have recently downloaded. I tried everything to get back to my old library. I went through Apple Help and I checked every existing library but I cannot get my most recent one back? Somebody PLEASE HELP!?

An iPhone can be synced with only one iTunes account at a time. once you switched to a new iTunes account or a new computer. You have to authorize your iPhone to it at first, then you can upload music and video from the new iTunes to your iPhone. But this way will overwrite the original files on iPhone with the new iTunes. You may try this iPhone transfer, it can help you copy files from iPhone to computer for backup, you can also use it as an iTunes alternative to upload music and video.
