Is there something wrong with my TV?

There is something wrong with my tv. It's fuzzing and I don't know why. Please help?

I turned on my tv just now for the first time today and it's fuzzy with sparkling colors. It isn't black and grey fuzzy like you may think. I was turning on my tv to play xbox 360 and it started doing that. I tried watching tv and it does the same thing so it can't be the xbox. It hurts my eyes to watch. Every time something on tv moves, it flashes near that moving object and looks like a rainbow. I'm sorry if I didn't explain this well, but it's the best I can explain this problem. Please help!

try making sure you have the cables in tight and if that don't work a try getting a repair man to have a look or just buy a new tv
