How to install speakers to my 97 Acura Integra LS?

  • I bought a pair of speakers with 2 smaller about one year ago, I almost forgot about it since I put it inside the car for a year already =/ My friend know how to install speakers into auto,but this was the one stuck to him since he said was pretty hard to take the door parts out before install it, is anyone have any ideas how to pull the black or the part which stick to both sides of door out. in order to install the speakers? Any ideas will be a great help for me,thank you! Hope can get some good answers.. thank you!

Are you asking how to take out the doors? I'm not sure what the black is or the "part" on the door. but theres two screw you take out. the one on the bottom of the pocket handle and the one inside the handle (to open the door). after you take those two screws out take the handles off. Then you gotta wiggle and yank the door off (try not to break anything). After you get it loose make sure you disconnect the wires (I believe it's just a clip) if you have power windows. If you don't, and you have a handle to roll down the windows, then theres a c-clip around the base of the handle. You can take out with a flathead screwdriver. After that the speaker is pretty simple to get.
