    Replace them all at the same time not just one. There should be 3 on a V engine. One on each side of the engine along the exhaust and one after the CAT. Its the one in the CAT, the 2nd sensor.

First off, how do you know that it's bad? Just because the car is throwing a code for the secondary O2 sensor does not mean that it's bad. It could be a bad cat or other problems that lead to an out-of-range error. You need to have a qualified mechanic look at it first and diagnose the actual cause of the error code. The error codes don't tell you what to replace, but where to START looking for the cause.

It should be the one after the catalytic converter. If you don't have one you will see one closer to the engine and one a little further away. The one that is furthest away from the engine is the secondary oxygen sensor
