So he was searching online of what questions they would ask and one was like if a customer was there and you asked them if they needed help and they said no i dont need your help rudely... how would convince them to stay and buy a car ? also those who are car salesman and have interviewed others for a cars salesman job, what questions do you ask ? thankssss

As long as he looks clean cut and is personable they will hire him. Dealerships hire tons of salespeople knowing that very few will actually work out. Gotta have a cutthroat attitude willing to screw people out of thousands - even little old ladies on a fixed income.
