How does eagles eat ?

  Not really. If what they're eating is bite sized, they'll just swallow it. If it's larger, they'll tear the meat into strips as they eat each one. Every meat naturally pulls out into strips. They eat the strips like any other bird would eat a worm: slide it down the throat into the gullet (which we don't have), then it'll digest a little in there, then they swallow.
