When is the right age to start having sex?

when you are prepared to handle a baby.

When you are ready physically and mentally. When you are "mature" enough to be willing to handle anything that comes after having sex.

there is no "right" age. it is when you become mature enough to handle it and if you have to ask when the right age is you are obviously not ready for it.

When you honestly thing you could handle the consequences: dealing with an STD, having a baby, or even just having your parents find out.

there is no "right age".. anything over the later stages of puberty seems logical...but imo i think waiting til marriage is smarter.

That's up to you and your beliefs. For me, I would say whenever you meet the right person, but there's plenty of people who would disagree with me. Especially religious people.
