GUYS: What kind of girls stand-OUT to you?

I hear guys don't like any makeup, so if I were to just walk in class without any makeup, or having straightened my hair that morning, is that turn on for guys??     The only girls that stand out to me are the ones that make eye contact and talk to me. Guys don't notice if you did your hair difference, or make up, or wearing a cute outfit. Do you know how many girls said hi to me in the past month. One, her name is Britta. You know how many girls I have seen who have probably did their hair, make up and wore something different that day, or did whatever to them thought made them stand out? Millions and I don't know a single one of their names. Girls now-a-day are so afraid to approach guys, I one true way to stand out from every other girl is to be the only one who approaches guys. All you have to do is say hi, that is it. I am not talking about doing anything else. Just say hi. Hell, you don't even need to approach. If you see a guy and make eye contact from across the room, smile and give him a wave.

The TRUTH: 1.) Great hair (this is the first thing guys notice). The hair has to be natural, long, and flowing. 2.) Nice body (meaning it looks like you workout or take care of yourself) 3.) A little bit of makeup around the eyes (eyelashes, smoky look). 4.) Stylish/sexy outfits (tight fitting clothes showing off curves and figure, a little skin around the neck and legs is nice) 5.) Confidence to bring it all together, you look comfortable in your own skin. 6.) Good attitude, humble, nice, and sweet (not a ******)
