How long should I wait before I call my girlfriend?

  • I admitted to my wife that I've been with this other girl for the past fifteen months in the hope that we can start the healing process. I'm thinking this will be like a marital bankruptcy declaration. I think with time I can get her to trust me again, as I've learned from my mistakes and I'll never try to get away with as many "business trips" as I did before, and I'll make sure to call her all the time from Lindsay's (my GF) apartment to reassure her that I love her and that nothing will come between us anymore and we are entering a new era of honesty and trust. I'll also try my best to have sex with her, I even procured some viagra so I can go that extra mile I wasn't able to do because I spent myself on Lindsay every day. I told Lindsay that she would have to wait on me for a time while I got my wife back in line and she understood completely. She's very understanding of my troubles and is max supportive of me in my efforts to fix my wife problem. She does want to get an idea of how long she's going to have to be without me, though. I really care about her and I don't want to leave her on the edge too long. So, how long do you think it will take for me to get the wife back in order and behaving properly so I can call poor Lindsay back?     Well now that I've seen all this, I have no idea just how long it'll take you to get back with your wife, but you're not allowed to call me anymore. You told me that I was THE most important and now I have to hear about Lindsay and YOUR WIFE. I'm done. Bring back my high heels tomorrow. And you should definitely honor your vowels dammit!
