What are some unique, romantic anniversary ideas?

My boyfriend and I are celebrating 2 years of dating. Can someone please give me a a unique and romantic idea. I already got him a couple gifts but now I need to plan a romantic evening. I was going to do a scavenger hunt but I don't think it is going to work out. I need something very different, not common date ideas, please. I want to be it extra special, so he will remember it forever!

hire a personal chef for the day to cook a nice romantic dinner for you.......or if you want to save money, cook dinner for him yourself........and include his favorite foods. for some after dinner fun, create quizzes for each other and see how well you know your partner.
