Can i get a train from Dar Es Salaam to Arusha in Tanzania and if so how?

I went to Tanzania 8 years ago and did a train journey to Singida and loved it. I desperately want to fit a train journey into my trip this year but understanding the train routes is tough to say the least!

This site has links to the two Tanzania rail companies that run trains in the country -- http://goafrica.about.com/od/tanzania/a/tanzaniatips_3.htm There's definitely buses between Arusha and Dar.

I don't know of any trains running that route. Buses, shuttles, and dalla dallas definatly make the trip though.
