Minimum travel age for Qatar Airways?

  • I am currently in the middle east and wish to travel to UK on qatar airways. Am 15 years of age, Is it possible for me to fly without a parent or legal guardian or any kind of service?

    No problem. Qatar Air has a service for unancompanied minors age 5 - 12 year. Being 15 means, you are old enough to travel by yourself. My sons (7 and 11) fly as unancompanied minors all around the world to visit friends and relatives. they should have an unaccompanied minor service at no extra cost. my daughter used to regularly fly emirates using this service from the age of 8 till 16. for younger ones somene sits with them on the flight etc however by the time u get to 14/15 they make sure they get on the plane ok and off and thats about it. im not sure that this is compulsory u could check with them maybe u can just advise them ur a young person travelling alone so that they are on hand if u need any assistance.
