I've been to Kenya and I am pretty sure they drive on the left hand side of the road (as it was a British colony they implemented the same side of the road). Also, all cars I have ever been in in Uganda (which also drives on the left) have been second hand cars imported from Japan, and they have all been right hand drive which negates someone elses answer.

coz they are poor and can't afford luxurious new cars. and Japan is famous for its cheap second hand vehicles, however, Japanese cars drive on the right side therefore they have no option but change. p.s. Don't go to these countries, it's filled with filthy scammers and liars.
