How do I send mail to someone?

If I live in Louisiana, United States, and someone send ed me mail from Libya, how long would it take to getit?

  • I live in Louisiana. Louisiana is a state in south eastern United States. A person in Libya wants to send me mail. Libya is a large country in Northern Africa. Libya is a country that has a military dictatorship as it's government. His government is letting him send it. I want to know how long or how many days will it take the mail to get from Libya to me. Please give me an appropriate, exact, or estimate!

    if u mean email within seconds ,if u mean postal mail depends on the service your friend is using ,FEDEX ,DHL,UPS are all available in Libya same service as anywhere in the world ,if he is using the regular libyan mail service there is express and regular ,it depends on your friend ,it has nothing to do with what u claim all mail services are available
