Is this heterochromia?

Did I have heterochromia as a child? both my eyes have always been brown but At ages 1-9 My right eyes had A light blue and apple green fleck about the size of a couple of match heads put together In the upper corner but as I grew older it completely turned brown like the rest of my eye at about 9 or 10 Is this partial heterochromia? And what are Are the chances of passing this gean down I my children?
