I want to marry in Ethiopia------URGENT REPLY PLEASE?

I live in Europe(malta) I am a maltese citizen and I am planning to go to Ethiopia to marry there. My boyfriend he lives here also. I surely need a visa to go to ethiopia but there is no embassy of ethiopia here in malta.our nearest country is Italy. Can I apply for a visa there? and how much it will cost?when we are married in Ethiopia can I apply for a visa(from Ethiopia)to go abroad in European country. THAnks

You should be able to apply for a visa in Italy, and you should call or ask around for the price, and when you go to the embassy ask many questions there. my heart goes out to u good luck!!
