How to find out if a person paid for a passport from lagos nigeria to florida?

    Ask the person to send you a scanned copy of the air ticket. And ask yourself ... does the person claiming to have bought the ticket have a valid passport and a US visa? Otherwise, how will the person be able to board the plane? In other words, were you scammed to send some money to Nigeria?

I'm not sure if your asking the right question or not. The only way you'd be able to find out if someone paid, and or applied/received a passport is to check with the issueing country. If your asking if someone paid for a ticket to travel from Lagos to Florida you'd have to check with the airlines. I'll tell you something though-they don't as a rule release passenger information. For the most part they'll answer what you put before them if their response can be yes or no.
