  • Answer:

The question cannot be answered in general. It depends on your citizenship and/or a residence permit you are holding. Citizens of Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Colombia, DR Congo, PR Congo, Cuba, Djibuti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Liberia, Lybia, Mali, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palestine, Senegal, Somalia, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, and Togo require a French AIrport Transit visa even if they stay within the international area of a French Airport. The visa requirment however is waived if they hold a Schengen visa or a valid residence permit of a European Union country or of Andorra, Canada, Iceland, Japan, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, or the United States.
