Whats the cost of living in Uganda..HOw much salary would let me have a decent living with some savings?

I have got an offer in Uganda. But have no idea about the cost of living and living conditions..Someone plz help me out.

According to salariesreview.com if you are making $48,000 US, or 28,800 UK, you will need to make 50,347 in Kampala, Uganda to have the same standard of living.
