• I am 17 right now. Next summer I will be 18. I want to go to africa then (preferably kenya or Tanzania) I may volunteer as well. But, I have some questions: -How much approximately will it cost (flight, accommodation, etc) if i stay in a large city in a hotel? -What are some things I can do in areas such as Nairobi, Kenya? - What are some good websites for Travel in africa (that show good places to see, restaurants, etc) -is 18 old enough to travel (I may go with family, but I may go alone) -Is there any requirements i may need to go? (Ex, pack with me, or any extra documents) -Is it difficult to go to africa to travel? -Should I do it by myself or get help with an agency? Just answer the ones you can:) Thanks!

  Step by step: 1) Being 18 years old you can go where ever you want to. 2) Costs of flights and accommodations can be found easily online. 3) It's not difficult to travel to Africa at all. Without any offense, to me you sound like a teenager who wants to do something good on one hand and think this can be done by going on vacation. That does not work. What kind of voluntary work do you think about? Do you have expercience in any field? What do you think can be accomplished in within 3-4 weeks What are your priorities? Restaurants? Things to do? Places to see? To make a long story short. Parts of Africa need volunteers experienced in certain fields to teach people to help theirselves but no teenagers who are concerned about which places and restaurants to visit and what things to do. Please make up your mind if you want to go sightseeing in Africa or if you want to do some voluntary work.
