I like to get more information on the country of Gambia. I can't found out how to get info.. to me by the mail

• I am helping a friend she doesn't know how to get use the computer, I also having a hard time to found the information I'm helping her with. She would like to travel to Gambia but need information on how to get information to me in the mail. I like to get info about the culture, employment, etc.
