I got my bb gun takin away at customs can i get it back?

Replica guns are prohibited from Canada. There is no way to get the gun into Canada. Assuming you just bought the gun, an option may be to export the gun back out of Canada and try to get a refund from where you purchased it. The CBSA certainly won't be giving you money for the gun - it is up to you to know what can and cannot be imported to Canada.
