What is the federal "Payer ID number" for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services? Unemployment...?

It is located on 1099-G forms....I have searced everywhere and can't seem to find the number. If anyone has a form from last year or it is in their tax record, I would appreciate you giving it to me. It looks like XX-XXXXX .....Not sure exactly how many numbers but 2 numbers and then a dash and more numbers...Thanks in advance if anyone can help!

It is your last employer's Federal ID number. It is on your w-2 form.

That answer is incorrect. The ODJFS does NOT make their fed tax id # easily accessible. payer name and address is ODJFS address and they have their own tax id #.
