What is the problem with North Korea's Nuclear Weapons?

  • If everyone in your neighbourhood was buying handguns, would you get one too? So if the US, Russia, United Kingdom, France, People's Republic of China, India and even Pakistan have nuclear weapons; why can North Korea? P.S. Before you answer, please be sure that youve been watching more that just American news broadcasts; we all know how accurate we can be.

    Ok firstly I haven't been watching any American news broadcasts (except CNN), mostly just BBC and Sky news. Ok with that in mind I can safely say North Korea should not have nuclear weapons. The country is controlled by an insane dictator who would nuke japan, south korea and america if he could get away with it. All the other countires you mentioned are controlled by stable democratic (or near democratic) systems, or by countries who pose no serious threat to the rest of the world (except maybe China but we can't do much about that).

would you want an insane neighbor owning a gun, knowing that he might snap and possible harm you or your children. And making nuclear weapons its self is as dangerous as the maniac who owns them. If a nuclear plant blows up where do you think the radioactive material goes? it doesnt just disappear.

Honestly I think none of us should have them...But reality is that we do...but N. Korea is a communist country who can not contro that type of weapon it will just make them want to use it, i mean look at that wacco in office over there, I know we have a NUT in our president, but N Korea is just a ttreat to diplomacy and to the free world

I have grandchildren I'd trust farther with a handgun , than that nutcase with a slingshot. HE JUST WANTS MORE GOODIES LIKE THE CLINTON ADMINIFARTION GAVE HIM.

Nothing cuz America is the only country in the world who used it against Japan. If America , England ,China , Russia, France , India, Pakistan and isreal have huge stock of nuclear weapons why not other. Everybody have rights to defend it self against foreign aggression.
