Can unemployment benefits be accidentally overpaid?

I just got a letter about an order to vacate the directors decision through unemployment.?

  • i had filed an appeal because they said i was overpaid unemployment benefits. And they send me this letter vacating directors decision. The letter says that no other order will follow. So does this mean my appeal was approved? Now just like i said in the appeal, why don't you just say it in plain english what the hell that means. That is why i said that i didn't understand what they meant and until recently they have changed how they handle claims. They specifically tell you how to figure out your wages and what wages to apply. They had never done that before so they must have had more applicants other than myself that didn't quite understand how they were figuring out wages. I mean im not an idiot but why cant they just explain everything in plain english what it means. Can anyone help with this? thanks in advance.
