  Hello again :-) I think this question can be answered in the same way as the one on illegitimate rule. New Zealand supports democracy and all legal efforts to globalise it. So as I said previously, New Zealand, as a supporter of democracy, does not support the concept of unconstitutional or undemocratic governments. However, it also firmly believes in the rule of law (both domestic and international) and so does not support the use of unilateral non-UN sanctioned action to topple undemocratic governments. It believes that the UN/Commonwealth is the appropriate vehicle through which sanctions or other actions should be channelled. To the best of my knowledge New Zealand supports and complies with every UN mandated sanction.
