How can I get a copy of my birth certificate without an ID?

• My I.D. was stolen. My mom lost my birth certificate. I had a Tennessee I.D. but I now live in Fl. I was born in AZ. In the state of AZ I need a copy of a photo I.D. and since mine was stolen, I don't have any photo I.D. Not even a School I.D. The only identification card I have is my social security card. My family won't submit their photo I.D. to help me get my birth certificate. And I have no way to get to AZ to get my birth certificate. Anyone ave any ideas on how to get it?

  First thing, apply for a replacement for your stolen ID card. Go to: http://www.tn.gov/safety/driverlicense/dlduplicate.shtml and see if you qualify to request a replacement online. Once you get that replacement card, you can go to the FL driver's license office and get a FL ID card. Once you get the TN ID, you can apply for a copy of your birth certificate. Go to: http://www.azdhs.gov/vitalrcd/apply_birth_mail.htm for instructions on how to get one by mail.
