Good point.. Actually it makes us one race and not asian, black, white and blah blah blah.. We are the human race.. And the mother country is Africa... This is why racism is dumb.

yes, finally, now i can listen to rap actually it is a pretty interesting theory. they basically traced the genes of everyone back to one single person that lived in africa thousands of years ago. they called him scientific adam. now i don't recall the means they used to complete this study but i read over it and it seems to be accurate. the theory is based on the fact the Y chromosome in humans' which basically distinguishes a man from the woman genetically, gets passed on from father to son, then to his son so on and so forth. So any mutation or genetic changes in the Y chromosome of the father gets carried on to the son too. Hence, the presence of the similar mutation in the son can prove that he is related to the father. Using this theory they have examined the genes of men from all parts of the world and conclusions are startling. Apparently, there are certain genetic changes which can be found in all of the men indicating that all of the men did emerge out of a family tree whose pioneer was the "Scientific Adam". That is quite a discovery or let us say at least a claim which is startling. It also claims that this person would have hailed from East Africa around 2000 generations ago. scientific adam would be considered the "catalyst"

Why be called African-American? You don't see every white person out there saying "I'm European American". We are just American, period. UNLESS...you were born in Africa and got dual citizenship, then you will be African-American.
