How do I travel around Europe or Asia?

I need help on where to travel internationally: Thailand, Europe, Asia, anywhere! Please help :)?

  • I'm saving money for my senior class trip to go anywhere in the world with my mom. Money is not a problem and I LOVE to travel. I want to go somewhere that will change my life but isn't generic. Paris and London seem to be a little done by everyone else. I love the idea of Thailand or Italy or Viet Nam or something crazy like that. Just any information will help! Thanks.

    You are so lucky-- "Money is not a problem." I'd like to suggest China. Beijing is a must and here are the sights to see: The Great Wall The Forbidden City The Temple of Heaven Summer Palace Hutong neighborhood rickshaw tour Good shopping to be had at the Hong Qiao Pearl Market next to the Temple of Heaven (more than pearls) and also Liulichang antique street (more than antiques.) While you're at it, take in some Peking Opera, Chinese Acrobats, and a Kung Fu show. All great entertainment. If you can, fly to Xi'an to see the Terracotta Warriors. Trust me. P.S. If you do go to Thailand (fabulous) please also take the 45 min plane ride to Siem Reap, Cambodia to see Ankgor Wat, Angkor Thom and Ta Phrom. NOT TO BE MISSED!

Hey Kaitlyn, If you are looking for something different, I would say try South East Asia. Make Malaysia or Singapore your base and travel to neighboring countries such as Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. It is easy to travel around this region with budget flights (not so much the price but the constant availability of flights). You will get a good mix of activities depending on what you are looking for / into. Each country presents an array of nature, shopping and culture - so it's more of what you would like to delve into.
