How look up the map for a place through internet?

  • hello, anyone know how to look for a direction of a place through the internet? i mean i want to go a place or a town, so through the internet i want to know where is the town located and what any builiding beside it and even what the name of the road around that Place. all i mean is in Malaysia. thank you

    Google Maps (Google Earth) has mapped the streets and address of important places in most of the countries. Yahoo Maps and MSN Maps does have similar feature. You can zoom to the City range, not more than that. If you need to find the routes all these sites does only for USA.

mapquest for a quick map but try google earth, it shows a satelite image of the area and shows street names

lotsa maps out there. google it. i like to use google earth though. it's more realistic.
