Where would you like to go on ski vacation?

Where is a good vacation spot where it's snowing right now?

  • I'm trying to find a good spot to go on vacation with my family. It doesn't have to be (actually I prefer that it isn't) a ski resort, just anywhere where it's snowing. It'd just be nice to know where its actually snowing right now (and looks like it'll continue for a while) and we'll just look at those places.

We're getting snow here in northern Italy right now. It's great for the Christmas markets in Bolzano, Merano, and Trento. Italy is always a good vacation spot.

just looked and Lake Tahoe area of California / Nevada is getting dumped on with snow. It is a very fun area to visit and the skiing is great!!!!

Alaska is nice this time of year. But if you want to go over seas there's no better place then Helsinki Finland.
