Planning a big family reunion/vacation?

I am trying to plan a big family vacation/reunion and I don't know where to really begin and how to start and I am trying to go a routine that is reasonable for everyone. I called travel agencies and they are all really of no help. Do you have any advice and help?

honestly, i believe cruises are amazing for family reunions. theres something for everyone, nobody is ever bored, there is plenty to see and do together and it gives you a taste of several islands and cultures! for families i reccomend royal carribean and carnival. good luck!
