What to do during summer vacation?

What's a good summer vacation idea?

  • Hi! I need a good summer vacation idea because my parents aren't sure where we should go. I like roller coasters and so does my brother. We also like arcades (but I wouldn't base the whole vacation on that) and water parks. My parents like.... I'm not sure. They don't really talk about what they like. We have to stay in the USA and I don't want to go on a vacation that I already did (Las Angeles, Orlando, Myrtle Beach, NYC, New Jersey, Georgia, North Carolina, Washington DC, Idaho, Colorado, and Bermuda (although I would do that again)) Those are the vacations I can think of. Any ideas for vacations that we would like? Also, what where have you gone on vacation and what did you do there?

    How about the Oregon coast? Its a beautiful area, and if you go to Seaside there are lots of arcades, bumper cars, games, etc in the downtown area, plus a beautiful beach. Just south of Seaside (about 7 miles) is Cannon Beach- there is Ecola State Park where there are huge trees, hiking trails, and the coast with some of the best tidal pools- you can find starfish, sea anemones, hermit crabs, lots of fun looking. The perfect place to go is to Orlando because you can go to amazing amusement parks like Universal Studios and get you fav character autograph or take a pic with them or do both. Another thing is go on alot rides. Also you can go the water park with alot of rides Wet-N-Wild ITS SO MUCH FUN!! Theres alot of things to do there but in order to know go there trust me you will love it

Are you talking about the whole 50 states or just 48 states? If 50, your family could go to Alaska or Hawaii (particularly Maui).. If not, you guys can always go to Yellowstone, San Francisco... You sound pretty demanding for a little kid by the way.
