When is the best time to travel to europe?

  • im looking at going to europe at the end of this year or the start of next year for a few months, when would be the best time to go? and can i work in england without a visa if i have my british passport?

    two times I went from March to May. Weather cool but not awful. Autumn seems to be the best time to visit though, Sept-November. Flights are pretty affordable and the weather pretty decent. Depends on when you want to go. Check with the british embassy online, but I bet with a british passport you don't need a work visa. have fun!

It all depends on what you are going for and where you are going to go in Europe. I felt anytime between about April and August are good times (at least in my travel experiences), although in Spain in July/August it can be extremely hot (about 40C+ on some days). If you were going to Moscow or St Petersburg June or July is great with the weather being nice and everything being opened. I think as a whole the northern half of Europe would be best June/July, but the southern half would probably be better April/May when the weather isn't scortching hot yet.
