Letter still hasn't gotten here? USPS/Fed Ex?

I was supposed to get a card from someone for Valentine's Day. The girl sent it on Friday of last week and it still hasn't gotten here. I know most carriers do not deliver on Sunday or Presidents Day (this past Monday). Has it gotten lost in the mail? Is it normal to take this long? The letter is being carried by either USPS or Fed Ex. The girl told me she stamped, put the correct address, and return address down...

I believe it is 3-5 days first class mail. It may show up yet or it may be lost. Good luck.

If she put a stamp on it, it is coming by USPS. Sometimes it takes 2 weeks if it go stuck in the bottom of the bag. I used to live in Co. Springs...could take a week or 2 to get a letter from Denver...1 hour away! Does she not know how she sent it? Did she put a stamp on it then drop it in a UPS box or Fed-ex box instead of a post office box?
