How old do you have to be to stay at a hotel without parents?

  • Me and my friend Bree are going to Maine, and we wanna stay in a hotel alone so that our parents don't have to come. we're 16. how old do you have to be to be able to stay alone in a hotel?

I agree with YAW, if your not smart and kidnapped the cost will be FREE. Go with a couple of friends maybe you have some that are 18, and split the cost its a great weekend with friends. Being sneaky away from home so far is asking for real trouble. BEEEEE.....CAREFUL
