How does ebay operate?

I just bought a time machine off of ebay?

So I bought a time machine off of Ebay. It's kinda red and has this weird kind of timer on it. But it's making this weird ticking noise. Is it supposed to do that? I mean I want to go back thirty years so I can hang out in the 80's... but I can't figure out how to operate it... Am I supposed to pull the sticks apart? Or maybe speed up the timer?

Where do you live? I want to go as well and fix some things so tell me and I'll be right over as I have my Time Machine Operators permit and you obviously don't but I'll take you with me since you paid for the box. Plus I was in High School in the 80's so having lived there, I can be your tour guide. Free of charge. First stop will be a rockin Bon Jovi concert.
