Where's a good place to go on vacation?

i suggest looking into siesta key florida. i dont have hotel details because i went with my friend who arranged everything, but it's nice and hot, on the gulf coast and sunny! turtle beach is one of the best beaces in america, located in siesta key. you can go jet skiing, parasailing, boating, swimming, anything in that category. it's also very close to long boat key and sarasota, which are prime tourist locations, so restaurants and shops are all close. good restaurants are marina jacks in sarasota and the salty dog cafe in sarasota which you can get to by boat so it's fun. i recommend looking into it.

If you're looking to travel a fair distance on your holiday I would seriously recommend Bulgaria. I've been 4 times now and love it! I would definately recommend visiting Sunny Beach and staying on one of the hotels along the beach front. Prices in these hotels vary greatly depending on what you would expect from a hotel (star rating, board etc. etc.) The beach is absolutely beautiful and the sea is like a warm bath. There's loads of restaurants and bars along the beach so you can enjoy a lovely meal whilst sitting looking out over the sea. The nightlife is fantastic aswell however if you are looking for a more adventurous holiday the old towns are very close by bus/taxi. Also one thing to note is that they aren't yet in the euro and still deal in Bulgarian Lev. The cost of things is so much cheaper out there - I can't recommend Bulgaria enough to you!

I just got back from takin my girls to Amelia Island, Florida. It's just outside of Jacksonville, on the Cumberland Sound. Beautiful beach!!. Historic sites. Nice hotels, and also beach rentals. St. Augustine's is only 56 mile away, and it is a beautiful little port town, with historic districts, lighthouse, and lots of tourist attractions. Amelia Island is my favorite beach. clean, nice....lots of shelling.... you can google it, and there is a fabulous tourist web site for Amelia....

Other than the usual spots....... Im not sure what country your in, but if its the US..you could go to Padre Island Tx. But I wouldnt go in July or August. Its so hot on the beach, your skin fries like an egg. Ive gone and was super tan before I left, and I still had to get off the beach by 11am. http://www.sopadre.com/ Also http://www.destinfl.com/ PS I'd be very alert about going to Mexico . They are still having lots of drug lord killings of tourists, locals or whomever. It doesnt matter. They are in a civil war right now.

really Im from Wisconsin and my fav place is North Carolina willmington is the place to me i think the holiday inn is so nice on the beach so great the people there are so nice and there is so much to do! ive been three times Honestly Its a blast. and not expensive

Pattaya beach in Thailand is a wonderful place to visit. Its very inexpensive. There is so much to do there if you want or you can just relax on the beach right outside your hotel.

there plenty of spots in florida to go to. pompano - miami - orlando. check the info on the net, or go to a travel agent to get the details on hotels in those areas.
