I would like a fake ID...where's the best place to get one and should I get one from another country?

So my brother is getting married and his fiance invited me to her bachelorette party and it's at a bar and you have to be 21 (I'm actually 20 for another couple months). Btw, I'd just be the DD, but they won't let ANYONE in unless you're 21. She told me that I should get a fake ID, but I have heard that a lot are scams. Wouldn't it be better if I got one from another country? Also, where is the best place to get one? THANK YOU!
