Is there a calmer job corps center?

Which Job Corps center would be the better pick for me either Hartford, CT, Alabany GA, or Monroe, Virginia?

• Im 19 and never been to either one of those states but i want narrow down the list by knowing which one of these cities and states has more fun things to do, has less crime and i want to be in a hispanic and black community, and ofcourse that the job corps center in that area has good feedback...im going for nursing please help!!! =]

  I personally will never want to go to a job corps... someone told me it felt like prison. She went to the one in Hartford, CT. Hartford is almost all hispanic and black, there is maybe 2% white and many other races. That job corps is right behind a plaza with many stores including: Dollar tree, yankee pizza, chinese buffet, marshalls, radio shack, att store, payless, eblens, wal mart, sally's beauty supply, most recently pollo tropical yay!, popeyes, tacobell/long john silver's, and a few more i cant remember right now... im not sure if dunkin donuts is there. but im pretty sure it is. anyways, there is an all ages club near there, the city bus stops just a walk away from the center and can take you to any place in hartford. If you are concerned about crime do not come here. many people think its horrible but its not that bad as long as you avoid going out at night in certain places which you may not even know about, so your good. there is another job corps in manchester, ct which is about 15 minutes away from hartford. If you tell me wat ur used to being around i can tell you if Hartford is right for you.
