Which travel insurance company offers the best deal for a backpacker?

I am travelling around SE Asia, China and Australia and need travel insurance that is cheap! But obviously provides all the cover I need for various things, and is reliable. I am not very good at comparing them as I am not sure what I'm looking for... I am travelling from mid april to mid september. Thanks!
