Places to go and things to see in Minnesota anyone?

So I have heard from some people, that Minnesota is a real pretty place in the winter and they have real good snowmobile trails. I'd love to go and check them out, but if I go I'd have to be single(cuz he'd never go or let me go alone) and it would be for 2 weeks. And if I do get the chance to go, I need other things to do there so does anyone know of anything? I don't want to be stuck in museums all day or anything like that, More outdoorsy things.??
