What can I do in FLORIDA?

Starting at the northeast corner of the state and going around the peninsula: St. Augustine is the oldest city in the continental United States. It's a neat seaside town on the east coast, south of Jacksonville. Daytona Beach is a big spring break destination. Cape Canaveral has the Kennedy Space Center Orlando is known mainly for Disney World and Universal Studios. It should be a rule that everybody should go to Disney World at least once in their lives. Miami has one of the most renowned beaches in the country, South Beach. Lots of nightlife, beautiful Art Deco architecture and beautiful people. The Florida Keys are beautiful and Key West, the southernmost point in the continental United States, is an awesome place to hang out. Check out Duval Street and rent a motor scooter. Sanibel Island, off the coast of Fort Myers, has some great beaches that are known for sea shells. The Tampa Bay area (Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater) has pretty much anything anybody could want in a Florida vacation. Beaches, culture, amusement parks and general touristy stuff.

I think the best time to go to florida is in august (my family and i went at the end of august this year). In July its so incredibly hot, its unhealthy. In may there are these bugs called "May bugs" also known as "Love bugs" EVERYWHERE. It's really disgusting. It's 2 bugs attached to one another and they are harmless but there are way to many of them, especially at the water parks. I think you should be sure to go to Aquatica, Disney world parks (Magic Kingdom if you can only go to one), and Universal Studios/ Islands of Adventure. Sea world was okay, but it wasn't all that (unless you want to see Shamu, then I suggest you go to Seaworld.) Also, make sure you stay at a decent hotel. My family and I stayed at the Hitlon Grand Vacation Club at Seaworld and LOVED it. It was the best hotel ever and now I know why Paris Hilton is so freaking rich. Her family has the best hotels. So yeah, that's all i got. I hope you enjoy Florida. I sure did.
