Answer:
I live in Jacksonville FL and it's NOT that bad. There is crime everywhere as there are criminals everywhere who don't always live in run down low income areas, so don't let the nice look of certain neighborhoods fool you. It' not like certain cities though where you've got "real" gangs doing drive-bys and crap and terrorizing the city. It does get kind of boring sometimes but maybe thats because I've been here all my life (Im 19). I guess it just depends on what you're into. This is Florida so it does get kind of hot sometimes but not too bad. I don't know about the Jobs here as our (U.S.) economy is pretty messed up at the moment so make sure your job is guarenteed.

The first suggestion is that you begin the spellings of "usa, florida and jacksonville," with capital letters - U, F & J. Jobs grow on trees in that high economic growth country. Warmth and fine weather have laid a red carpet for you there The hospital patients out there are praying for your early arrival. As regards the crime rate that is a country where all are permitted to own firearms. Pots of money are simply waiting there to be picked up by you.Regarding population also unwed mothers have been doing their best. Your choice of that destination is very wise.

You could live just about anywhere in FL and be safe with the income of a doctor, because every city has safe areas in return for high housing cost FL is perfect for the wealthy or high income earners. I would suggest medium sized places though, like Sarasota or Gainesville FL. You'll enjoy it if you can stand the 7-9 months of humidity.
